Alan Wake Remastered is a remastered version of the action game with survival horror elements, which is inspired by Stephen Kings novels and the television. If you need to manually install it, it's estimated to be in the area of an hour to download for a number of players. The update improves overall framerate and performance, especially when the game is played in docked mode. Fixed the glitch where in Episode 2 players could not complete the Reach the top of the mill objective due to the lift clipping through the stairs. An update is available for the Nintendo Switch version of Alan Wake Remastered.

Remedy fans who purchased Alan Wake Remastered will be getting a new update this week which fixes a number of reported issues including as clipping, mono audio, and screen tearing.
